Privacy Notice

About this notice
This notice describes the Mack Digital Services website and review-request process. Questions can be sent to melvin@mackdigitalservices.com. Your selected technology supplier has its own privacy practices.
Information you choose to share
A request can include your name, company, email, phone, service location, provider, renewal information and description of your needs. Name, business name, email and agreement to contact about the request are required. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive customer records.
Submitting a review request
The online form sends your request through Cloudflare hosting and security services and Resend email delivery to our business inbox. It does not send the request simply because you begin typing. When online submission is unavailable, an email-preparation option lets you review and send the message from your own email app. The offline viewing file uses only that email-preparation option.
How we use your request
We use the details to respond, understand your requirements, discuss relevant options and coordinate requested supplier conversations. A review request does not consent to unrelated marketing texts. Your chosen provider’s service charges are separate from our no-fee advisory help.
Supplier conversations
Relevant contact and service requirements may be shared with suitable providers to obtain availability or proposals. Discuss confidentiality requirements before supplying sensitive information. Provider agreements govern their subsequent services and data handling.
Security and email services
Cloudflare processes network requests and Turnstile security challenges, which may include IP addresses and technical signals. Resend processes the inquiry email, recipient and delivery information. Our application does not put request contents in analytics or application logs. Resend acceptance is not a guarantee of final inbox delivery.
Limited usage measurement
When enabled on the hosted site, first-party counters record daily totals for page views, review-link clicks, phone-link clicks, email-link clicks, form starts, prepared emails and scroll depth. Only a named event and a recognized page path are counted: not form contents, query strings, visitor IDs or cross-site browsing. These are event counts, not unique people or verified completed telephone calls. Successful email-service acceptances are counted separately on the server. This site does not load advertising pixels or set analytics cookies. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals skip client usage measurement; necessary security and request processing still operate.
Application data retention
The application uses short-lived, keyed hashes rather than storing raw IP addresses in its rate-limit table. Rate-limit buckets expire within one hour; keyed request receipts used to prevent duplicates expire after 48 hours. Aggregate counters older than 90 days are removed. Expired records are cleaned up on subsequent server activity, so a dormant database may retain them until activity resumes. The database does not store inquiry names, email addresses or message bodies. Hosting, security and email providers have separate operational logs and retention practices.
Email records and your choices
Messages in our business communications systems are retained as needed to respond and manage the relationship, subject to applicable obligations. Contact us about access, correction or deletion. We may need to verify your request or retain some information where required. Do not use this request form to transmit highly sensitive records.
Third-party websites
Supplier and source links open websites with their own privacy notices. Their services and tracking are not governed by this notice.
